Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Returns
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or design preference.
Make sure to check our Size Guide before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:

Orders that arrive damaged or defective

Items lost in transit (after investigation)

Cancellations made before production starts
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
